Occassionally there can be delays with a delivery. This can be due to logistical problems such as warehouse stock or courier issues. We try our very best to ensure that all of our deliveries arrive on time. If your delivery is taking longer than expected please let us know by contacting us on: info@tjplumb.com. Ensure you have also checked the delivery service selected and checked emails for any delivery updates.

Delivery to other areas, including Highlands, Northern Ireland, Islands and Republic of Ireland, may take longer. Current delivery timescales for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is 2-3 working days. Special order delivery times may vary.

We offer a wide range of online payment options – Paypal, Visa and Mastercard are some of the many payment methods we currently accept. Our team are also looking to add more payment options to make the process even easier for our valued customers.
